Background
I've been originating California home loans since 1998 — first in San Francisco Bay Area mortgage lending, most recently as a Home Loan Advisor at Golden 1 Credit Union. Most borrowers I talk to have been quoted a rate by three different people and still aren't sure what they're actually signing up for. My job is to fix that. We look at every program you qualify for, side by side, with the real monthly payment, the real cash to close, and the real cost over the time you plan to keep the home. Then you pick.
